The Title is so descrpitive of this wonderful and easy guide to preparing and eating healthy everyday foods and meals. Eat, Drink., and be Merry..but Thin! Once you try the Lettuce wraps you will be begging for more. This book is a total winner.

Many tasty recipes so far. Mainly lower in fat. The nutrition labeling at the end of each recipe is extremely helpful to those counting points on Weight Watchers.

I'm always skeptical about claims for updated recipes that are delicious, nutritious, and are recocognizable from tried and true recipes from every day living, as well as "special" occasions. This book has it all, with great photos and easy to follow recipes.
