I enjoyed the story as I sat on the beach. The concept was new and the characters ok. Himself, the devel, was comical. I think the story could have been much better if it was developed and given more substance and detail. Maybe even rival the 'Twilight series'. The main characters had the potential to pull the audience in and make you care about them but they were underdeveloped and fell short. It almost seemed like this was a writers draft. I knew from the beginning what would break the spell it was obvious but where was the struggle. It left me wondering if I should read the next book to see if it gets better. Always an optimist.

I have never been interested in the genre before, however this was a very nice read, both from an romance and vamp point of view. It sparked a lot of imagery in my mind, I recommend this book and I also plan to check out other books from the author.

OK IT WAS A LITTLE QUICK, AND AT TIMES OVER THE TOP, BUT I REALLY LIKED IT. THE SEX SCENES WERE GREEEEAT. A LITTLE MORE HARSH THEN I WOULD HAVE LIKED IN THE ROMANCE DEPARTMENT, EVEN AT THE END. I WISH IT WOULD OF BEEN A LITTLE MORE ROMANTICALLY HAPPILY EVER AFTER ENDING. ALL IN ALL, WAS A GOOD WAY TO ESCAPE FOR A SHORT TIME.

Oh this book was so good! It had the paranormal aspect that I loved with the loving romance. I've read over paranormal books and I loved how this one taught me something new,different (witch's blood is poison), but was so sweet and romantic. The romance parts weren't too raunchy when I compare them to over romance novels that I've read. And I promised myself beforehand that I wouldn't cry, but there were definitely times where I had to choke it down. Without giving too much away, this book has a vampire and witch who are supposed to hate each other. But the vampire comes under the witch's love spell (by accident) and falls in love with her. But, of course, all good things can't last. And the moment that the spell wore off was at the perfect part and my heart totally broke for the witch. The book said that was more books to continue and I am definitely going to be ordering those!
